At present, the motor punching film is developing rapidly, has a wide range of applications, and covers a wide range of fields, bringing a lot of help and convenience to our lives and production. 1. The size must conform to the drawing regulations. There are many sizes on the core punch, but it can be attributed to two kinds of internal size and matching size.
The internal dimensions such as slot size, ventilation holes, marking slots and various apertures on the magnetic pole punching piece, etc., generally use the H10 accuracy level, and high accuracy is not acceptable. After installation, the error caused by the uneven groove wall and hole wall is far greater than the error of the punch itself. Matching dimensions, such as the outer circle of the iron core, the inner circle of the iron core, and the size of the shaft hole to be matched with other parts, and the accuracy level is related to the processing technology used.
2. The shape and position deviation must conform to the drawing regulations. The coaxiality between the inner circle and the outer circle of the stator punching piece should not exceed the difference. When the inner and outer circles of the punch are set to be punched at the same time, the coaxiality is 0.04-0.06mm. When the inner and outer circles are punched in two times, the coaxiality can be appropriately relaxed.
3. The tooth space distribution should be even. The groove indexing must be accurate, and the difference between the large and small tooth widths should comply with the drawing regulations. Otherwise, the magnetic circuit will be unbalanced.
4. The thickness of the motor punching film is uniform, the surface is uniform, and the burr on the punching is small. The burrs on the stator punch of small and medium motors should not be larger than 0.05mm. The burr of the cast aluminum rotor punching piece should not be 0.1mm thick.
5. The insulating layer on the surface of the motor punching sheet should be thin and uniform, with good dielectric strength, oil resistance and moisture resistance.
